Shipping of jewelry back to us is easy and stress-free. You'll just need to use one of the major shipping companies such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS and insure it for its current value. We will cover the costs associated with shipping it back to you (within the USA). International shipments of repaired items are subject to a $39 shipping fee.
Please provide a copy of the receipt when sending jewelry back for service/repair. Also, please send us a note with your current mailing address and mention the reason for the return. We will have your item fixed and shipped back within 3-5 business days.
The warranty covers repairs, soldering and refinishing of pendants, chains, and bracelets, repair of prongs and shanks of rings, refinishing and polishing of metals, replacement of loose or lost accent stones (accent stones from 3-stone rings are excluded). Please note that the warranty only covers repairs that are a result of manufacturer defects. The warranty does not cover damaged items. Also excluded are lost or broken center stones and items that were sized or altered in any way by jewelers not associated with Jewelry Point.
